Refund policy
We hope that you love your purchase. However, if you wish to return any items, we now offer a 30 Days return period, and provide the returns address with your order. You do not need to provide a reason for cancellation/return of your order but we appreciate any feedback that you are willing to offer.
We provide hygiene seals for earrings so that they may be returned; however, due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned if the seals have been removed, as we will no longer be able to guarantee that they have not been worn. Engraved or custom-made pieces are also exempt from returns.
We will endeavour to refund the cost of your order minus, any shipping costs, within 14 days of the return (we usually do this within 24 hours but it may take time for the refund to show up).
You can return orders to us at our stall within Lincoln Cornhill (Central) Market free of charge, or post them to us. Our full address is 18-20 Lincoln Cornhill (Central) Market, Sincil Street, Lincoln, LN5 7ET.
If posting returns to us, we currently require customers to pay the return postage costs, although we are hoping to offer freepost returns in the future.
